Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
How to Return

- Wait for our team to approve your return request
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
